Here you’ll be working at 100% for 3-5 minutes with just enough rest to gulp some air and right back to the grind and because you spending more of your time working hard you’re going to see results sooner . Putting in that effort is hard but you’ll love the results

Tuesday

The Zumba program is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music to create a class that is never boring and sometimes even helps you forget you are working out. Don’t worry though because all that fun translates into a leaner, sexier YOU before you even know it. All this is achieved thanks to the fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt your body while also increasing your cardiovascular threshold.

Now here is a class inspired by the Far East where yoga has been practiced since the 6th century BC and still going strong. This is a completely holistic class stretching not just the muscles but exercising the internal organs as well providing a body that works in harmony but don’t worry we won’t squash anything that shouldn’t be as our instructors are all level 3 qualified and know what they are doing so come and join in.
